Salary: £14.00 - £21.00 per hour depending on qualification

Hours: Evenings on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

We are looking for highly motivated goalkeeper coaches to deliver engaging football sessions across our football development pathway. You will be responsible for planning and delivering informative goalkeeper coaching sessions, and will join a team of experienced and dedicated coaches, developing the next generation of footballers in South London.

Job Description

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions focusing on fundamental skills, movements and techniques, implementing fun and engaging practices that promote player development and enjoyment of the game;
  • Manage and coach goalkeepers during matches and tournaments, ensuring all players receive equal playing time and experience, providing tactical instructions and encouraging positive sportsmanship;
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with players, parents and other coaching staff;
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during training sessions and matches, adhering to Foundation policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and player development.

Person Specification

  • Have experience in goalkeeper coaching, ideally within a talent development environment, with a proven track record of success;
  • Be an FA/UEFA qualified goalkeeping coach, ideally at Level 2/UEFA C or above;
  • Be reliable, organised, flexible and willing to learn;
  • Be available for evening, weekend and/or holiday work.
