Overview

To monitor, operate abd troubleshoot the SCADA system and its associated components, ensuring the safe and reliable performance of the automated process. The operator will respond to alarms, perform diagnostics, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve faults quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time operations using SCADA and respond to alerts and abnormal conditions.
  • Troubleshoot faults in communication, PLCs, HMIs and other devices.
  • Coordinate with engineering and field teams for root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Maintain detailed logs of faults, resolutions and shirt reports.
  • Carry out basic configuration tasks on the SCADA interface (alarm limits, user views)
  • Ensure system uptime and report any issues
  • Adhere to safety and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications
