The United Synagogue invites applications for a Cheder Compliance Manager to lead safeguarding oversight across our 15 cheder settings.
You will work with Head Teachers and safeguarding colleagues to ensure consistent compliance with policies and procedures, travelling to cheder sites when required.
You will drive safeguarding culture, supervise staff, monitor training, and oversee safe recruitment and record-keeping, reporting findings to senior leadership and safeguarding specialists.
