Etz Chaim Jewish Primary School is a warm, nurturing one-form entry primary school with a strong sense of community. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated 1:1 and Small Group Tutor to join our supportive team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by providing targeted support to pupils across the primary age range, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with primary-aged children.
- Be able to deliver engaging, targeted intervention programmes in English and/or Mathematics.
- Have high expectations for all children and believe every child can succeed.
- Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils while maintaining high professional standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team alongside teachers and the SENDCo.
- Be patient, flexible and committed to meeting the individual needs of children.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
