We are seeking an inspirational and experienced Head of Kodesh to lead and develop our Kodesh provision across the school. This is a key leadership role for an ambitious educator with a passion for Jewish education, a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of Orthodox Jewish values.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the Kodesh curriculum, drive high standards of teaching and learning, support and develop staff, and work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to secure outstanding outcomes for pupils. They will play a central role in shaping the school’s spiritual life, leading assemblies and key events, and ensuring that our Orthodox Jewish ethos is reflected in every aspect of school life.
Applicants should have a strong track record of successful teaching and leadership, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to inspire pupils, staff and the wider school community. Experience within a Jewish school setting and strong Kodesh knowledge are highly desirable.
