We take behaviour seriously because we know that every pupil deserves to learn in a safe, calm, and purposeful environment. This is a newly created post. The Behaviour Mentor will be the consistent, supportive adult presence in our Reflection Room — the school’s designated space for pupils on Internal Suspension and those removed from lessons.

You will not be expected to teach or to make disciplinary decisions — those responsibilities lie elsewhere. This post is initially for one year. If the role is successful — it is our intention to make it permanent.
