This newly defined, operational role sits at the heart of our behaviour provision. The Behaviour and Engagement Manager takes day‑to‑day responsibility for the Reflection Room – the designated space for pupils on Internal Suspension and those removed from lessons – and delivers structured behaviour interventions with our most challenging pupils.
The postholder also line‑manages the newly created Behaviour Mentor, providing in‑room support to pupils in the Reflection Room, and investigates serious incidents.
All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, satisfactory references and pre‑employment checks in accordance with statutory guidance. Yavneh College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
