Paisley Site Services are delighted to be working with a successful industrial warehouse client based in Teesside who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager. JOB DIMENSIONS / SCOPE · Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment. · Ensure efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors. · Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of goods. · Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory counts. · Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols. · Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, purchasing and marketing to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED · Warehouse Operations management · Team Management · IOSH Safety certificate · Team leadership · Strategic planning · Inventory management · Stakeholder engagement · Possesses full understanding of Health and Safety legislation relating to warehouse operations (Risk Assessments, Accident/Near Miss Investigation, COSHH and RIDDOR and some or full knowledge of HACCP principles). · Project management · WMS Systems · Good knowledge of Health & Safety Benefits Competitive salary plus additional Bonus 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday Holidays – 25 days plus bank holidays Pension Life insurance
