- Receive all deliveries in a timely manner and check quantities, product descriptions, and quality against purchase orders.

- Book incoming materials into the stock system accurately.
- Label, store, and organise materials in the correct warehouse locations.
- Picking, Packing & Material Movements
- Pick and prepare materials for workshops based on build schedules, job cards, or ad hoc requirements.
- Book out materials from stock accurately when issuing to workshops or other departments.
- Deliver prepared picks, kits, and consumables to the correct work areas.
- Support the weekly picking and distribution of consumables across all workshops.
- Stock Control & Accuracy
- Assist with daily stock figure recording, including stock counts for raised, received, delivered, and end-of-day balances.
- Participate in regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Report any stock variances, missing items, or location errors to the Warehouse Team Leader.
- Support accurate storage and rotation of materials to maintain inventory integrity.
- Warehouse Organisation & Housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow correct segregation and storage guidelines for materials, tools, and consumables.
- Keep aisles clear, maintain good housekeeping, and store items safely to minimise risk.
- Assist with general maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure it is returned to proper storage after use.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Follow all company HSE guidelines, safe working procedures, and manual handling rules.
- Always wear the required PPE (minimum: high-visibility clothing, safety footwear, ear protection; safety glasses where necessary).
