We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman for a 3-month contract to oversee landscaping, drainage, and general external civil works on site.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civils activities including drainage, landscaping, kerbing, paving, and groundwork.
- Manage site labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor health & safety compliance and carry out daily briefings.
- Liaise with site management to report progress and resolve site issues.
- Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil / Groundworks Foreman
- Strong background in drainage, landscaping, and external works
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS Card
- Good leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities
This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who can manage teams effectively and ensure smooth delivery of civil works over the contract period.
