Spray Painter / Person in Charge (PIC) Aycliffe Responsible for overseeing the van/gang to ensure client satisfaction, safety adherence, and precise execution of specifications. With a diplomatic and pragmatic approach, the PIC navigates challenges on construction sites effectively. Key considerations for the PIC include: – Upholding health, safety, and quality standards along with exceptional customer care. – Extended periods away from home for project commitments. – Adherence to agreed-upon timelines and programs. – Maintaining high-quality work that aligns with specifications and industry standards. – Demonstrating a neat, clean, and organized work ethic. – Possessing relevant Painter CSCS cards and necessary qualifications for construction site tasks, including working at heights and operating equipment like MEWP’s and scaffold towers. The typical working week entails: – On-site presence for 48 hours following site operating hours. – Factory hours from 5 – 6/7 am to 4 – 5 pm Monday to Thursday, with a 7.5-hour Friday shift between 6 am and 1.30 pm. – Flexibility is essential as occasional work outside these hours may be required to meet project demands effectively
