The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment on a permanent day shift.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Overtime: Available during the week and weekends

Duties:

  • Set and operate press brake machinery, including Amada and Bystronic machines.
  • Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Select and fit appropriate tooling.
  • Produce components to required tolerances and quality standards.
  • Carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and organised work area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience setting and operating press brakes.
  • Experience with Amada and/or Bystronic machines preferred.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
