Industrial Cleaner – Portsmouth Location: Portsmouth Role: Industrial Cleaner Labour: Local labour only – no travelling labour Start Date: 1st October 2026 Job Description We are seeking Industrial Cleaners to work in Portsmouth. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Industrial hoovering and sweeping General wiping down and cleaning Degreasing mechanical areas Maintaining clean and safe working areas Additional duties following relevant training Candidates may also be required to undertake: Hot Work Sentry duties Confined Space Entry Candidates must be able to meet the required fitness, health, safety and security requirements for the full scope of work. Working Hours The basic working pattern is: Monday–Friday: 07:30–16:00 Additional weekday and weekend shifts may be required, including: Start times as early as 05:45/06:00 Finish times as late as 17:00/18:00 Weekday and weekend working as required Minimum of one full weekend offer per month once trained for Sentry duties Applicants must be able to accommodate these varying shifts where required.
