We are currently recruiting 18 Standby Firewatch Operatives for a long-term project running approximately 12 months, working 7 days a week.
Shift Patterns:
- Dayshift: 07:30 – 15:45 (9 positions)
- Backshift: 15:00 – 23:00 (9 positions)
Pay Rates:
- Dayshift: £13.71 per hour
- Backshift: £17.82 per hour
Role Overview:
- Carrying out standby firewatch duties on site
- Monitoring hot works and ensuring site safety compliance
- Supporting operational teams and maintaining safe working practices
Requirements:
- Previous firewatch or site experience preferred
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
