About the Role

We are currently recruiting Traffic Marshals to work across a range of construction and site-based projects throughout the North East. This role is ideal for reliable and safety-conscious individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians on and around site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic on site
  • Maintain site access and egress points
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, site staff, and visitors
  • Ensure all site safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Monitor deliveries and vehicle movements
  • Report any hazards or incidents to site management
  • Support general site operations where required

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket (essential)
  • CSCS card (preferred, may be required depending on site)
  • Strong awareness of health and safety
