About the Role
We are currently recruiting Traffic Marshals to work across a range of construction and site-based projects throughout the North East. This role is ideal for reliable and safety-conscious individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians on and around site.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic on site
- Maintain site access and egress points
- Communicate clearly with drivers, site staff, and visitors
- Ensure all site safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor deliveries and vehicle movements
- Report any hazards or incidents to site management
- Support general site operations where required
What We're Looking For
- Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket (essential)
- CSCS card (preferred, may be required depending on site)
- Strong awareness of health and safety
