Key Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll
- Calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Managing PAYE, NI, pensions, SSP, SMP, and statutory payments
- Maintaining accurate payroll records (starters, leavers, changes)
- Producing reports and reconciling payroll data
- Supporting audits and year-end processes (P60s, P11Ds)
- Creating and managing advanced Excel-based reports
- Ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations
- Handling payroll queries professionally and confidentially
