CNC Press Brake Operator β Teesside
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Teesside.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CNC press brake and associated metal-forming machinery.
- Set and operate machinery to produce components to drawing specifications.
- Calculate and configure bend allowances for stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions and specifications.
- Load and unload materials and components safely and efficiently.
- Create, adjust and modify multi-fold CNC programmes.
- Select the correct punches, dies and tooling for each job.
- Use precision measuring equipment to check dimensions and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity and health and safety.
- Identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement within the production process.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing or metal fabrication.
- Previous CNC press brake experience preferred.
- Good understanding of CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, punctual and proactive approach to work.
- Takes responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work produced.
