Apprentice Admin Assistant Paisley Site Services are looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Admin Assistant to join a friendly team in Billingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional working environment while developing valuable skills in business administration. Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Salary: £8.61 per hour Location: Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees 💼 About the Role You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the depot through a range of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident using a computer, and keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Filing and maintaining accurate records Answering and directing telephone calls professionally Monitoring and responding to shared email inboxes Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and customers at the depot Updating internal systems and inputting data accurately Providing general administrative support to the wider team ✅ Ideal Candidate Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential) Confident using a computer and Microsoft programs including Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Friendly, professional, and approachable manner Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 🎓 What We Offer On-the-job training and support from an experienced team Opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification in business administration A welcoming and supportive team environment Competitive apprentice salary above the minimum wage
