Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Paisley.

The Recruitment Specialist will identify staffing needs, source candidates through local networks and online channels, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for community projects and partner organizations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting role descriptions, posting opportunities, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records.

The role also involves building relationships with local businesses and community groups, promoting opportunities in line with the “Positive Paisley” ethos, and supporting basic onboarding and orientation for new participants or staff.

Qualifications
