Pairs is a vetted private capital network. We are hiring a Head of Investor Relations to lead the team that runs our investor network. You report directly to the two co-founders and own the network, improving every month and keeping relationships strong.
The role is fully remote, with a few hours overlap with US Eastern time, and a seat reporting to both co-founders. You will run the IR team, hire well, set a clear bar, and coach associates on calls and pitches.
