Pairs is seeking a Founder Relations Associate to be the first point of contact for founders, guiding them through how Pairs works, what it costs, and whether we fit their fundraising needs. You will lead early conversations, assess fit, and decide if a next step is warranted.
You will work directly with the two co-founders and the closing team, supporting founders across the US, Europe and the Middle East.
