We are hiring a

Founding Content Creator to own Paires' entire public side: the content we publish, the brand founders and investors meet in the feed, and the record they find when they look us up.

Paires is where founders come to raise capital.

We pair them with the right investors from a large, engaged global investor network, then our agents manage the relationships that turn into meetings.

It is a two-sided platform, live with paying clients, profitable and self-funded, built by a small, senior, flat team that ships fast.

The role

Your buyers meet us twice before they ever talk to us.

Once in the feed, where the content you make earns their attention.

And once when they research us, asking Chat GPT and Perplexity, reading what Google's AI assembles, checking the press.

Today nobody owns either encounter.

You will own both.

You write and make the content yourself, short-form and long-form, and you build the public record underneath it: the pages AI engines cite, the coverage you pitch and land, the consistent story every platform repeats.

You report directly to the co-founders, strategize with them, and get real creative freedom.

Design, engineering, and video production are covered, and we train what you have not done before.

The taste, the voice, and the hunger are the hire.

  • What you will own
  • The content strategy and the content itself across Linked In and X: hooks, posts, scripts, made by you.
  • Podcasts and sit-downs with successful founders and investors, from idea to published.
  • The citable layer: answer pages, comparison pages, and a newsroom, structured so AI engines quote Paires as the source on how raising capital works.
  • Earned media: trade press, newsletters, and podcast placements, pitched and landed by you.
  • The public record: one canonical company story on every platform, and share-of-voice reporting across AI answers and search.
  • Audience and inbound growth from founders and investors, measured against pipeline, not vanity metrics.
  • You are a fit if you
  • Already live in the startup and VC corner of the internet: on Linked In and X daily, following the rounds, the funds, and what is going viral this week, because you genuinely love it.
  • Have grown an audience or a brand you can prove: a named account you owned or ran, numbers you know from memory, handles we can open.
  • Make everything yourself: hooks, posts, scripts, pages. Creator first, always.
  • Are curious about how AI assistants choose what to cite, and ideally have shipped work built for it: structured pages, schema, content engineered to be quoted, not just ranked.
  • Can take one piece that outperformed and explain exactly why it worked, and one that flopped and what you changed.
  • Are hungry, extremely online, and ready to own a company's whole public side solo.
  • Bonus: a personal following among founders or investors; press you have landed yourself; hands-on time with AI visibility tracking tools.

What we offer

Our audience lives in US Eastern time, so your day overlaps with US Eastern for a few hours, not full US hours.

Fully remote and async.

Meetings batch on Mondays and Thursdays, the rest is deep work.

The best AI tooling, paid (Claude Code, Cursor, top models).

Direct access to the co-founders, real creative freedom, and a green field: you are our first brand hire, and everything the world sees of Paires is yours to build.
