Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.

We are specifically looking for a proactive and driven person who has closed deals, managed partnerships, or driven revenue to expand the education partnership network across Europe. This role requires someone who can independently source, research, and build a strong pipeline of potential partners from scratch, while also maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. You will lead outreach efforts to educational counselors, schools, colleges, research clubs, and media partners, driving new collaborations while ensuring current partnerships remain active and productive. This position suits someone resourceful, strategic, and confident in building ecosystems and not just managing them.

Our client is a US-based education and research-focused organization working closely with schools, counselors, colleges, and academic communities globally. They are expanding their partnership network and are looking for a Partnership Executive to drive outreach, relationship management, and new business development initiatives in the broader Europe region.

Responsibilities:
  • Independently source, research, and build a targeted list of potential partners within the education ecosystem.
  • Conduct structured outreach to educational counselors, schools, colleges, research clubs, media companies, and other relevant institutions.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure new partnership opportunities to drive regional growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and engagement.
  • Manage and track partnership pipelines, activities, and performance using internal systems or CRM tools.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies and partnership approaches to improve conversion and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of experience in partnerships within the education or research industry.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the education industry, working with educational counselors or academic institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source leads and build partnership pipelines from the ground up.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct outreach and close partnership deals.
  • Self-starter with high ownership, strong initiative, and comfort working in a remote environment.
Benefits:
  • Remote flexibility – work from anywhere within the region.
  • Opportunity to work with international partners across the US, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia.
