We’re looking for a Media Buyer to support paid advertising efforts by setting up campaigns, managing performance, and making data‑driven optimizations. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in media buying or ad operations who enjoys working with numbers, testing creatives, and improving results.
Timezone and Availability: Flexible, must be able to overlap with UK working hours (9am–5pm UK time).
Responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms
- Monitor daily performance and make optimizations to improve results (budget, targeting, creative, placements, bidding, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats
- Track key metrics and identify performance trends and opportunities
- Build and share performance reports (weekly/monthly), including clear insights and next steps
- Maintain accurate campaign structure and naming conventions
- Ensure tracking is properly implemented (pixels/events), and troubleshoot basic issues when needed
- Work closely with internal teams to align campaign goals and creative requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Media Buyer, Paid Ads Specialist, or Advertising Operations role
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, management, and optimizations
- Highly detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a performance‑focused environment
- Strong technical skills (platform navigation, reporting, tracking basics)
- Ability to interpret data and summarize insights clearly
- Strong organization and communication skills
