You will own paid acquisition, influencers, and creative testing, partnering closely with brand, data, design, and growth teams to ensure these channels deliver maximum impact across both our app and physical products. Reporting to the CEO, this role will play a critical part in bringing our mission to more couples.
What Your Role Encompasses

- Lead, build, and develop a high-performing performance marketing function (currently ~3 people), including hiring, onboarding, regular 1:1s, and performance management.
- Identify, test, and scale new channels and growth opportunities through structured experimentation and clear learning agendas.
- Partner closely with brand, product, data, growth, and eCommerce teams to ensure performance activity is aligned with brand positioning and drives demand across both digital and physical products.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and external agencies or partners to deliver against targets.
- Establish clear goals, metrics, and reporting across all paid, influencer, and creative testing initiatives.
- Act as a senior marketing voice within the leadership team, contributing to company-wide growth strategy and decision-making.
Significant experience leading performance marketing for high-growth mobile application businesses. Deep expertise in paid acquisition, creative testing, and influencer marketing, with strong understanding of attribution, experimentation, and efficient scaling. Proven track record of delivering growth against ambitious targets while managing substantial budgets. Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to use data to prioritise and make decisions in ambiguous environments. Experience using performance channels to support long-term brand building. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level. Passion for Paired's mission to improve the quality of couple relationships. Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing performance teams. A valid UK working permit or passport (no sponsorship requirements). Able to commute to the London office at least twice a week.
Yearly salary of £95-105K. Significant stock options. 25 days annual leave (+public holidays). Access to our London office. Yearly learning budget of £1,000. Three annual in-person events across Europe: two focused coworking weeks and one team-building retreat. 3 months paid maternity and 1 month paid paternity leave (same-sex and adoptive parents included).
