Wills & Probate Solicitor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join our friendly team at our Stourport office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building strong relationships with clients and providing a high-quality, personal service.

The role

You will deal with a varied caseload across private client work, which may include:

• Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Advising executors and beneficiaries
• Estate and succession planning

We are looking for someone who is technically strong but also understands the importance of providing a compassionate and approachable service, particularly when assisting clients during difficult and emotional times.

We are looking for

• A qualified solicitor with relevant Wills & Probate experience
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage your own caseload
• A commercially aware and practical approach
• Someone who will become an active and valued member of the team

Experience of developing and maintaining client relationships would be particularly welcome.
