Administration Assistant – Property

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Assistant to join our Property team at our Kidderminster office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the legal sector and gain valuable experience within a busy residential and/or commercial property department.

The role

Working alongside our Property team, your responsibilities will include:

• Opening and organising files
• Assisting with property transactions
• Preparing and processing correspondence
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and emails
• Updating records and case management systems
• Assisting with searches and documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents and other third parties
• Providing general support to solicitors and fee earners
• Carrying out other administrative duties as required

Previous legal experience would be an advantage but is not essential. This role would suit someone looking to take their first step into a career within the legal profession.
