Shift Pattern

  • Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00 (with enhanced pay between 06:00 – 08:00)
  • Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00 (with enhanced pay between 16:00 – 22:00)
  • Shifts alternate weekly

Once trained, you’ll earn £14.42 per hour (enhanced rate up to £16 per hour) based on a 37.5‑hour week – with opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re on the lookout for motivated, hands‑on individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful. While previous experience in manufacturing is a bonus, it’s not essential – what matters most is your willingness to get stuck in and learn. If you’ve got a natural mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with machinery, you’ll fit right in. We’ll provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed with our advanced equipment and processes.

  • Manual handling and physical labour
  • Moving and positioning steel components
  • Operating cranes and other factory equipment
