About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Polisher to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in producing flawless finishes and has a genuine passion for prestige and high-performance vehicles.

You will be responsible for polishing freshly painted surfaces to showroom standard, ensuring every vehicle leaves our workshop in pristine condition. Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you will play a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out polishing and finishing work on freshly painted vehicles, panels, and parts.

• Use machine polishers, compounds, and detailing products to remove imperfections, swirl marks, and overspray.

• Inspect finished work to ensure gloss levels, colour match, and surface finish meet exacting standards.

• Work closely with painters and other team members to ensure an efficient and high-quality workflow.

• Maintain all tools, equipment, and polishing areas in a clean, safe, and organised manner.

• Uphold health & safety requirements and company standards at all times.

About you

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Polisher, specifically with fresh paint polishing.

• Strong understanding of paint correction techniques and polishing products.

• High attention to detail with the ability to consistently achieve a flawless finish.

• Previous experience working with prestige and high-end vehicles is desirable.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

• Professional, reliable, and motivated, with pride in your craft.

• Good understanding of health and safety requirements in a bodyshop setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £34,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
