Job Description We are looking for an experienced retail manager to lead a large retail store. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a redeveloped store, lead a talented team and use your commercial judgement to increase sales, uphold standards and build customer loyalty. About youProven experience as a Store Manager, Garden Centre Manager or senior retail leader in a fast-paced environment. Commercially minded, with a strong record of improving sales, service and operational performance. Strong visual merchandising, stock control and store operations standards. A flexible, energetic approach and a willingness to support the team on the shop floor.
