We are recruiting a Senior Area Catering Manager to work with a fantastic team covering a portfolio of Garden Centres & Retail coffee shops. Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-site Catering Manager to join our team. Geographically, you will oversee & support Area supervisors and Chef Managers across a portfolio of 25 sites.
As Area Catering Manager, you'll oversee sites within garden centres and retail coffee shops, ensuring every location not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. You'll report into a supportive and experienced Operations Manager and play a vital role in shaping strategic operations. Your enthusiasm for food, service excellence, and people development will be key to your success.
- Building strong, trusted partnerships with suppliers and senior management
- Inspire, motivate, and coach catering teams to deliver the very best in food service standards
- Act as a vital link between sites and Head Office functions such as HR, Accounts, and Purchasing
- Monitor site performance and drive continual improvements in quality and service
- Proven multi-site management experience in catering or chef management
- A passion for fresh, locally sourced food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Sound financial understanding, with experience of producing reports
