Horticulture Department Manager required in the East Norwich area
Join one of the UKs leading garden centre groups as the Horticulture / Outdoor Plant Department Manager at their store near Salhouse.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong plant knowledge, retail experience, and a passion for creating inspiring outdoor displays.
What youll do as a Horti Department Manager
- Lead and motivate a small team
- Oversee the outdoor plant area, ensuring excellent presentation and stock care
- Share your horticultural expertise with customers and colleagues
- Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service
- Create engaging, commercial plant displays
