Replenishment Department Manager Snetterton Distribution Centre We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Replenishment Department Manager to lead replenishment operations at our Snetterton Distribution Centre.
This key management role is responsible for ensuring stock put-away, drops and replenishment activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with business requirements.
Responsibilities for this Department Manager role: The successful candidate will lead, motivate and develop a small team, monitor performance, support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of health and safety.
Working closely with inbound and outbound departments, you will help ensure the effective flow of stock through the Distribution Centre and support excellent service levels to stores.
Applicants should have proven supervisory or management experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or fast-paced operational environment.
Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive, results-focused approach.
First Aid certification, forklift experience or a relevant qualification in warehousing, logistics or management would be advantageous.
