Department Manager required to oversee the outdoor plants area for an established garden centre near Beverley. What you’ll do as a Horti Department Manager: * Lead and motivate a small team * Oversee the outdoor plant area, ensuring excellent presentation and stock care * Share your horticultural expertise with customers and colleagues * Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service * Create engaging, commercial plant displays What you’ll bring to the role: We are looking for someone who has a passion for plants and enjoys sharing their knowledge of horticulture with staff and customers.
