An exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi-Site Manager to take ownership of a newly created Area with real scope to shape how it evolves. About the Role
This is a field-based role covering 6 showsites across Berkshire, Surrey, Kent & East Sussex, leading a team of 16 Sales Consultants. You’ll ensure exceptional standards of presentation, customer experience, and commercial performance across all locations. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in retail sales management or multi-site leadership, ideally within a luxury product or high-involvement B2C setting.
Key Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager role:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Consultants to build an outstanding, high-performing team.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our values of quality, service, and expertise are consistently delivered.
- Maintain exceptional standards of display, merchandising, and customer experience across all show sites.
- Use commercial reports to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver inspiring, informative training sessions to support product knowledge and sales excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider business to support shared goals.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
- Excellent organisational ability, with confidence in planning, prioritising, and delegating.
- A natural communicator perceptive, considerate, and able to build strong relationships.
