We are looking for a Store Manager in the Bedford area.

The Job: Store Managers have full autonomy for the running of their branch, planning and implementing promotions as well as building links with the local community. You will need to be an inspirational leader who is focused on developing a customer service culture within the store in order to exceed customer and company expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising sales and performance across all KPI’s
- Working with head office and buyers to improve product offer
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to create a truly amazing place to work and shop
- Ensure the store delivers exceptional standards of merchandising and stock control
- Training junior management to ensure succession planning for the store and area.
The person: As an ideal candidate you will already be a Store or senior retail manager and have a real passion for retailing. You’ll have a track record of delivering high standards and great results. You will need to be a real people person and team player and this combined with your excellent customer service skills will enable you to engage and inspire your team.
