We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in the Saffron Walden area.
Our client is one of the fastest growing independent retailers across the Midlands and South East. Their strong heritage of over 45 years in the industry has enabled them to become a dominant player in the market today.
As an ideal candidate, you will already be a Supervisor or Assistant Manager and have a real passion for retailing. You’ll have a track record of delivering high standards and great results. You will need to be a real people person and team player, and this combined with your excellent customer service skills will enable you to engage and inspire your team.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maximising sales and performance across all KPIs.
- Have full autonomy for the running of the shop floor, planning and implementing promotions.
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach; you will help create a truly amazing place to work and shop.
- Ensure the store delivers exceptional standards of merchandising and stock control.
