Opportunity for a Dental Therapist 3-4 days per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday (1 late night required per week and Saturday 9am-1pm on rotation)

North Bridge Dental Practice in Hawick are looking for a Dental Therapist for our fully private practice. Visa Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Are you confident, reliable and resourceful? Do you have lots of energy, a good work ethic, loads of common sense, great communication skills and want to deliver your best care to your patients? We are a fun and caring team looking for an A-Player who is highly efficient, organised, results oriented person, with a sense of humour and positive contribution to our team culture. We want a part-time, long-term, dental therapist who can provide ongoing care to our patients on a private basis.

Must-Have Rockstar Qualities:

  • Ability to effectively educate patients on their home care, use of products, our services and procedures (training provided)
  • Skills maintaining high customer service standards and rapport building to attract and retain patients, organised, team focused and always looking to develop skills
  • Ability to work in a positive culture without limitations of mindset
  • Outstanding customer service and people skills
  • Organisation, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • C and Mac skills; experience with Microsoft-based computer applications
  • Desire to learn about new procedures
