The Utility Director, Europe will be a part of a dynamic team responsible for all aspects of utility engagement, power acquisition, utility development, and power delivery across a specific region of Europe. This leader will ultimately own: Evaluating power availability in new & existing markets; Leading site power due diligence; Ensuring utility capacity is evaluated and secured at each campus to support data centers; Negotiating power contracts; Delivering transmission. Lead in tracking U.S. tax attributes to assist in U.S. tax reporting and international tax planning including earnings and profit pools, tax pools, tax basis in corporate and partnership structures, and foreign tax credits. Lead international audit for IRS exams and provide audit support for foreign tax audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
