Role Description

This is a contract role for a Legal Assistant, with a hybrid working arrangement based in Esher, allowing flexibility for some remote work. The Legal Assistant will provide daily legal administrative support, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, managing correspondence, and organizing legal files. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining client communication, and assisting with case preparation and other tasks associated with the efficient functioning of the law firm.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency in administrative assistance and organizational tasks
• Prior experience or skills in roles related to legal assistants
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis tools
• Bachelor\’s degree in Law or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in intellectual property or digital media law is an advantage
