The Role
Paiger is the Complete Business Development Platform for Recruiters. We help recruitment agencies win more clients, place more candidates, and stand out in a competitive market through AI-driven tools, automation, and smart workflows. We’re growing fast, with thousands of recruiters using Paiger globally and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Loughton. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth SaaS company where you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients.
As an SDR, you’ll:
- Research, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
- Engage with recruitment agency leaders via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
- Book high-quality demos for our Account Executives and Head of Sales
- Become an expert in Paiger’s product and how it solves real recruiter challenges
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to help shape outbound strategy
