The Role

We are hiring a Product Specialist (Trainer / Enablement) to support customer onboarding, product training, and proactive user engagement. This is a customer-facing role. You will not be waiting for users to ask for help. You will proactively reach out to users, run training sessions, and help them adopt Paiger properly so they see results quickly. You will work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product, with clear processes, scripts, and support in place.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering structured product training sessions to new and existing customers
  • Proactively contacting users to drive engagement and adoption
  • Supporting early usage in the first 30–60 days of a customer's journey
  • Following playbooks to help users set up Paiger correctly
  • Running walkthroughs of key features and recruiter workflows
  • Helping users overcome blockers and build confidence using the product
  • Logging feedback and insights to help improve training and the product
  • Working with the CS team to identify accounts that need extra support

  • Someone with 6–18 months recruitment experience who enjoys training or coaching
