We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our Menswear Team, located in Selfridges - London. You will have availability across the full week, including weekdays and weekends and ideally be able to work across all shifts.
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales in our partner’s retail stores by keeping a strong and detailed approach on the wants and needs of the business. You will act as a brand ambassador, be a strong team player and seller.
Responsibilities
- Driven towards set sales targets for week and month.
- Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment.
- Clienteling, building strong relationships with returning customers to drive sales.
- Driving sell throughs on slow sellers.
- Reinforcing the expectation of superior customer service as the top priority for all colleagues.
- Strong communication skills and motivational support between all levels of the business and the retail team to ensure complete understanding of brand ethos and drivers.
- Working with the Department Store Managers and PAIGE Leadership.
Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
- Previous retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.) & knowledge of the fashion market, preferably denim.
- Excellent fashion & retail operations knowledge
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and willing to adapt.
