We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our London Flagship PAIGE store, located in Duke of York Square. This is a management role designed to support the Store Manager in the daily operations and overall running of the store. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a successful, efficient, and profitable retail environment that aligns with PAIGE’s business objectives.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with availability over both weekdays & weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Coordinate team activities to ensure seamless customer service and store performance
- Master all associate-level and key-holder responsibilities including:
- Sales floor execution
- Clienteling and customer relationship management
- Inventory control and stock management
- Visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Ensuring all store opening & closing requirements are met accurately each day.
- Proven retail experience, ideally in a premium or luxury fashion environment
- Previous Managerial experience in a retail environment
- A confident leader with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a hands-on approach to retail management
