Established in 1967, we are the longest-standing letting agency in the London Borough of Harrow and the only agency in the area specializing in residential lettings and property management. This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator, based in our Pinner office. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing property lettings, liaising with landlords and tenants, handling property viewings, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing property inquiries, arranging tenancy agreements, coordinating property inspections, and delivering professional advice on rental matters to clients.
