We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of Paid Social campaigns (Meta-first) and help scale a high-growth D2C supplements brand across the UK and US.
This is not a recommendation-only role; you’ll be inside the accounts daily, testing creative, optimising audiences, and scaling spend to drive profitable growth. You’ll also support Google Ads (~10% of focus) to ensure a strong performance marketing mix.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Meta Ads strategy and execution end-to-end (build, optimise, scale).
- Run structured creative testing frameworks (UGC, statics, video) with clear kill/scale rules.
- Manage £30–50K+/month budgets, allocating spend across UK and US markets.
- Optimise for CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV — blending performance data with commercial goals.
- Deliver reporting and insights using GA4 + attribution tools to guide budget decisions.
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to brief, test, and scale winning ads.
- Stay reactive and proactive — reallocating spend daily to keep performance on track.

- A proven track record of scaling campaigns at £30–50K+/month with strong ROI.
- Comfort with UGC testing frameworks and rapid iteration cycles.
- Solid Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, PMax) — around 10% of focus.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV metrics.
- Startup-ready attitude: proactive, agile, and comfortable being in the accounts daily.
