Role overview We are looking for a Commercial Executive to support the Commercial team in the day to day running of our Wholesale department. This role will report into the Senior Commercial Manager for the UK. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about the skincare industry and keen to start their career in commercial sales.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of the department
  • Manage the administration of all new product launches
  • Completing all new line forms for new product launches
  • Day to day admin and managing meeting bookings
  • Complete competitor analysis projects to inform future business decisions
  • Manage and track orders
  • Handle delivery and invoice queries
  • Manage samples process at HQ
  • Weekly online out of stock reporting
  • Support in month end reporting
  • Support events and attend store visits when required with bi-weekly central London store visits.
What you’ll bring with you
  • A passion for skincare and the journey we’re on
  • Previous experience in commercial sales administration is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Be accustomed and comfortable with being flexible in a fast-paced environment, where no two days will be the same.
