PAGU seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and meticulous bar/floor manager. The right candidate is:

  • daily opening/closing
  • hourly labor management and schedule maintenance
  • training
  • developing programs for team education
  • managing the floor during service
  • proper safety and sanitation procedure supervision

  • maintenance of cocktail list and staff education
  • maintenance of liquor sales and revenue goals
  • cost and waste control

  • guest relations
