Pagos Consultants is seeking a talented and motivated Tech Recruiter to join our London-based team delivery team. This is an onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced office environment, and has a strong track record in recruiting for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science positions. If you\’re passionate about connecting top-tier talent with cutting-edge opportunities in the tech space, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with Sales & Account Managers to understand their clients hiring needs in AI, ML, and Data Science.
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging with high-calibre candidates across the UK, EU, MENA, APAC, LATAM, USA & Canada.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and advising clients on market conditions and talent availability.

- Proven experience recruiting in the AI, ML, or Data Science domains.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology.
