This is an onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment, and has a strong track record in recruiting for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science positions. What You'll Be Doing
- Working with Sales & Account Managers to understand their clients' hiring needs in AI, ML, and Data Science.
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging with high-calibre candidates across the UK, EU, MENA, APAC, LATAM, USA & Canada.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and advising clients on market conditions and talent availability.
